  • How long has MedShare Technologies been in business?

    MedShare was established in 2011 by CEO & Owner Chris Cleary. His vision to reduce the cost of aesthetic procedures has been the driving force behind the company’s considerable growth and reputable position in the industry.

  • Do you have a service technician for my machine? How do I get my system serviced post sale?

    We have certified trained technicians for almost every product that we sell. Once we have come to an agreement on a piece of equipment, our sales staff will put you in contact with the appropriate service technician closest to your area who can provide you with service on an as needed basis or via an annual service contract.

  • Do you offer service contracts for my machine?

    Each of our third party service technicians offers annual service contracts for the devices the service. If you wish to add a service contract on your device, please let your sales representative know. They will put you in contact with the appropriate technician so you can discuss pricing with the person that will be working on your device.

  • If my machine requires consumables, can you provide these for my unit?

    MedShare can be a source for most consumables. Please confirm with your sales representative prior to making a purchase.

  • Which form of payment does MedShare Technologies accept?

    MedShare accepts most forms of payment. We want our customers to feel protected throughout the purchasing process. With few exceptions, we accept credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, check, cash, and more.

  • What information do I need to provide to receive a quote for my used system?

    Pictures of the front, both sides, back, serial plate, and handpieces. If there are system counts, pictures of that screen as well.

  • If I sell MedShare Technologies my used machine, how is the shipping handled?

    MedShare Technologies will pay for both crating and shipping when buying your used laser.

  • How do I get paid for my used machine?

    Medshare Technologies pays 50% of the purchase price up front prior to picking up the equipment. MST then pays the remaining 50% no later than 30 days after the initial payment. This process is put in place to ensure we are purchasing properly represented equipment for our end users.

  • Will I be responsible if anything goes wrong in the future with the equipment? Ex: patients getting hurt, system breaking, purchasing consumables.

    No, once the system leaves your clinic MedShare Technologies is fully liable.

  • Will MedShare purchase my equipment even though I don’t live in the United States?

    Yes. MedShare Technologies consistently purchases equipment from all over the world!

  • Has the system been tested?

    Yes! All systems we sell are inspected by certified technicians in house prior to shipping.

  • Can I get my money back if the system is not exactly as described?

    Yes! We offer a 24 hours inspection period. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

  • My laser is down and I am losing money can you deliver in under 24 hours for an extra fee?

    Yes! We have very completive rates with Fedex and Southwest Airlines. TImeline varies for international
    customers based on location

  • Where is MedShare Technologies located?

    MedShare Technologies is conveniently located just south of Love Field Airport in the heart of Dallas, Texas. We welcome all visitors to visit our showroom and tour our spacious facility.

  • How long does it take to ship my laser?

    Each machine is packed in a custom built medical crate to ensure the highest quality shipping possible. Typically crating takes between 3-5 business days. Once your machine is crated, one of our trusted currier services will pick up the device and deliver it to the specified delivery address. Domestic shipments typically take 3-4 business days; International shipments can take 5-10 business days depending on booking availability. Please note that ALL international shipments will be delivered to your closest international airport.

  • How long is the typical warranty period?

    We offer a 48 hour money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase upon delivery, you will be provided with a full refund. In addition, your purchase will include the industry standard 30 day parts and labor warranty. When this period expires, we will be more than happy to put you in direct contact with one of our many factory trained service technicians.

  • How will I know when my laser ships?

    Once the machine is prepared and crated, you will receive tracking information to view your shipment. You will also receive check out photos & video showing all accessories and the laser prior to shipment.

  • How do I know I’m purchasing a high quality pre-owned machine?

    Aesthetic technology can be very fragile and often require a technician’s attention. To ensure we are delivering high quality machines, each of our devices is thoroughly inspected by a qualified professional prior to shipment. No device will leave our office without passing the 25 point Green Light Certification process.

  • How does the Consignment process work?

    Medshare Technologies professionally markets your equipment via the internet and through our vast network of resellers throughout the world. MST pays to have your equipment shipped to our showroom, where we can do live demonstrations for various spa owners and physicians. MST takes 20% of the final sale, paying the seller 80%. All sales must be approved by the owner prior to execution.
